The Mississippi Urban League Fred Gross Seniors Program helps address social isolation among older adults by creating opportunities for seniors to connect, socialize, and stay engaged in their community.

The group meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays, providing a welcoming space where seniors can build friendships, participate in discussions, and enjoy activities together.
