Mississippi Urban League Partners With Dress for Success Metro Jackson

On June 29, 2021, the Mississippi Urban League became a referring partner of Dress for Success Metro Jackson. “We’re so very pleased to be able to partner with Dress for Success Metro Jackson.

This partnership ensures that women in our community are aware of and have access to the necessary supports they need to gain and retain employment critical to supporting themselves and their families,” said Portia Ballard Espy, President/CEO of Mississippi Urban League.
Dress for Success operates on a referral basis to provide services to help women who are interview-ready engage in their programs, focusing on suiting up for interviews, leadership skills, employment retention, job training, and development of career skills.
As a partner organization, the Mississippi Urban League can now refer women in need of such supports directly to Dress for Success. Such a partnership will ensure that even more women and their families will benefit and thrive.
